HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never dealt with such unprofessional and disgusting behaviour before by "consultants". I was given a letter of demand saying I was negligent in an accident and owe over 22k to a man you drove INTO ME! I requested the evidence and police report to substantiate their claim multiple times and have yet to have a response but they are quick to make baseless accusations and threats! Your company is a disgrace! To the woman who I called who was incredibly rude and disrespectful, I hope you learn some professionalism quick before you find yourself on the other end of a court case for slander.
