Horrible service from TIH and renew it

It is almost 70 days without my car, I have written a review in June and someone called me to advise me they are getting on it, I got a message from your panel beaters renew it who advised they are waiting for some parts whilst these parts were required in May, another 6 days plus the 6 waiting for the parts since the car has been in assembly for a week. I would never recommend this insurance to any of my friends and family, mind you 3 debit orders have since went of for payment whilst no one cares I get my car or not. At this rate I’m not even sure you guys care or are concerned about your clients. The level of inconvenience this experience has caused is unbelievable
