Horrible Service and No compation at all

I have been trying to get the company to repair the damage their client did to my car since march its towards end of may now and no assistant have been given to me. their client could not be bothered that they crashed into my car on the 14th of February 2024 and my car still not fixed and they are giving excuses and pilling me with so many paper work never have i ever thought this would get here. I gave that lady and her insure a benefit of doubt but it can to bite me, being understanding has got me no results.
