Highly competent and value adding servicve

My house was burgled two weeks ago while we were away for the weekend. The burglary was reported to the SAPS and there after to my insurance - Dail Direct. Telesure Group services handled the claim and from the start the responsible operator - Deon Pretorius (Telesure) impressed us with his punctually and empathy when we met. The interview was handled professionally and during the interview he realised that we had a second policy for a car that was no longer valid and he advised us to rectify the insurance by amalgamating both policies. He also pointed out that certain items that we often take with us when we leave the house were not specified separately and that it will not be covered in event of a car *******. He also emphasized the fact that we need to obtain valuations and photos of jewellery items that we want to include in the policy. The consultation was all in all value adding. Thank you Deon.
