I would like to compliment Mr Jan van der Belt who is the claims manager and his staff member Ntombi Ngobese for the awesome service they have provided. My mothers' claim was been repudiated and she was very hopeless. Ntombi referred the matter to her manager Jan who looked at all avenues and turned around our situation. He made a decision that indemnifies my mother. I am most humbled by the ability to listen and resolve. I cannot find words that will best express my gratitude. It is people like them that restore our hope in Insurance companies. This team is AMAZING. I had never experience such speed and efficiency. Our claim was approved within an hour of receiving the appropriate docs. Thank you Jan & Ntombi you ROCK!!
