Great service from Louis Meyer
I had complained on Hellopeter regarding a claim I had with Dialdirect, the complaint was handled by Louis Meyer, I got immediate assistance and the claim was settled, since then, I have been in contact with Louis regarding the claim and he has gone out of his way to ensure that I am happy.
A job well-done to Louis, I wish there were more people in the insurance industry like you, if I could, I'd give you a Bells, continue to help people like you did with me.
