Great customer service

<p>I would just like to complement Wesley Fester for the best customer service from the towing department at Telesure, He convinced me to stay with first for women. He insured my trust in Telesure after deciding to cancel my vehicle insurance policy due to lack of communication and rude agents . Miway offered a better premium + a better access fee , I then decided to decline the offer based on the service that Wesley provided after being involved in an accident on a Sunday morning, where miway done an authorized tow on my vehicle Wesley helped me to get my vehicle from miways smd yard in Boksburg , he then helped me with my claim process. He reassured my faith in Telesure by making sure that all the departments called me . Wesley then went out of his job description by going the extra mile calling and following up on my claim process and finding out if I had been assisted accordingly offering extra by asking if there was anything else he could do…</p> <p> </p> <p>Wesley went beyond his call of duty by saving this policy and offering me better customer service than the client care agents ,the sales department and their claims department .</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to Thank Wesley Fester for the service he provided.</p>
