I had a policy with you that I cancelled almost a year ago and I realised recently that money has been coming out of my account for some other policy that I do not know anything about, I had thought everything was cancelled, and its been a nightmare to get a refund back , dikeledi has really been helpful in trying to get the process going for a refund .
