***** within Telesure

Telesure had to recover access from third part on my behalf. After providing Emily at Telesure with all the information I had as I did all the investigation myself, i discovered that the access had been claimed on a different persons name( *****) from the third party. This company (third party) paid the funds to Botha and Sutherland Attorneys. I need clarity as I was told by Telesure that their attorneys Munnik Basson and Dagama attorneys would be tracing and claiming on their behalf. My question is how did the information I provided Telesure with, ended up with Botha and Sutherland attorneys, who was then responsible for changing plantiff details when summonsing the third party. I believe somewhere within Telesure there is someone working with ********** *****ing from innocent policy holders. Telesure consultants are not able to provide me with claity. If I am not contacted by a senior manager this matter will addressed with FAIS Ombud as well as Long Term Insurance Ombud.
