FIRST FOR WOMEN HAS DISAPPOINTED Me & I have no more trust in them

First for women is the worst insurance , I got hijacked on the 3rd of November and they never manage to take my vehicle and it ended up towed. Because it was not longer in good state of driving. And I logged my claim , but all I received from First for women is lam questions , where was I going , who did I go visit, who doesn’t know know that women are being targeted and I am still in traumatic state about the whole situation and this happened for the first time in my life. After so many premieus since 2014 but I’m being cross questioned about my visit, and all the crazed funny question not a single one who sympathize or even understands my pain and traumer. It would be best for you to indicate on the policy whom should a client visit. I have being awaiting to be attended to since the 3rd and my vehicle is stil at the towing company I am not even told what the way forward I am struggling to get to work, all matters is the premiums that I pay. I am very disappointed in 1st for women. If u mean this when u advertise and claim to care for yr clients, I will have to do my shopping again. This cannot be accepted . The treatment is really not fair. Imagine staying without being attend since day one of the claim. How abuse you are when u even say that I must send screenshot to prove that I did call u to report the incident and I did send the screen shoot not a single person who have acknowledged the my email. I am very disappointed, hoping that you may improve your services towards yr clients,
