I had the worst experience ever with this company every time I call in I get told about management handling my case it's been 3 months now Tshepo Malope the consultant handling my case is now on leave and I can not get any assistance even the other consultant there are not assistaning me

Please assist me with getting in touch with Tshepo management or anyone who can assist me this situation is effecting my life in so many ways I regret the day I thought I was covered by budget insurance and made payment this I the worst experience a customer can ever get
