Feed Back on my request for premium review
On 10th of March 2015 at around 09:AM I made a call requesting for premium review. A friendly person answered the phone and he told me that my request has been sent to accounts department. He further assured me that I will be contacted as soon as the accounts department has responded. Within an hour of the same day I received a call from a friendly person telling me about the outcomes of my request. Now I will be paying two hundred rand (R200) less than what I was paying before, but the benefits are still the same.
