Fantastic service from Carel

I was involved in a motorcycle accident and have been in ICU for over 3 weeks. Carel Nortje of Telesure Group Services was the senior person who got involved to finalize my claim in no time. He gave me constant feedback & kept his promises. After my claim was settled, I even got a personalized coffee mug with my nickname and a photo of my bike printed on it, as well as some biltong and drywors from Carel and his company, as a way to say they care & that they are glad I am alive and still their client. It is truly magical to enjoy such fantastic service and this man's great attitude. I am insured under the Virgin Money Insurance brand and very proud to be their client!!
