False accusations
<p>They falsely accused me, in writing, of making a ********** claim because the policy was not in force. It was in force and had been for some time. As a consequence, they cancelled my policy, and now I cannot get home insurance, because I have been labelled as a *****.</p>

The claim of ***** was false irrespctive of what you say. I want it withdrawn, a full apology sent to me in writing, and a statement to me current insurer that satisfies their needs so they can continue with my policy.

I am not complaining about the rejection of the claim,. I am complaining about being labelled as ********** and dishonest in making a claim on a ploicy that was not in force. It was in force. I have the documentation to prove it.
