Excess money still not recovered

lI have called Telesure recoveries department numerous times in the hope of having my excess money recovered, as i was penalised for an accident that was entirely the third partys faut. I asked him for his drivers licence which he could not produce and i later established on the natis system that there was never a licence issued under his name and id . Nor was there a vehicle licence disc displayed anywhere on his vehicle. that leads one to think that the vehicle is not licenced to be on the road. but i Could not verify this without the vehicle Vin no. Telesure never took it upon themselves to contact the witnesses in order to verify the incident. My Bakkie was written off in the process. It sadddens me to think that after having being insured with this Huge Establishment for a long time, i have received such appalling service. The accident happened in May and to date not a word from them regarding the m recovery of my excess. R8000 for a working class person is a lot of money.

I have called Telesure today to provide them with the info that they have requested and i was informed that the third party is claiming that i caused the accident. Up to today he has still still not provided telesure with any of the documentation that they requested. He is also not responding to their phone calls. I was then told that the i will be informed brought up to date after 6 months have past. This is totally unaceptable because 1) according to this natis system no drivers licence was issued under his id no and he could not produce the drivers licence when i requested it on the accident scene. 2) the vehicle he was driving did not have a vehicle licence disc on it and he could not produce it when i requested it. 3) he did not report the accident to the SAPS as required by law. 4) If i am the quilty party he would have by now claimed from me to fix his vehicle and he would have requested my details at the accident scene which he did not.
So therefore i expect Telesure to reimburse my excess of R8000 as this person is clearly not going to respond to them .
