EXCELLENT SERVICES AT TELESURE GROUP SERVICES

<p>I hereby commed a company named Telesure Group Services in terms of applying service excellence in dealing with third parties.</p> <p>Last year i was involved in an accident with the auto & general client and a consultant named Vukulu Maphindhani called me to claime their client liabilities and he made me feel a right to pay for the damages and as a third party i was not willing to spend any cent. He called me several times and when he would speak, he made sure that i understood as to why, i should pay, he did not sound like a person who is collecting money from me, when i reasoned with him, he listened and we came up with solution of a monthly installement.</p> <p>When the first inslallment was due and Telesure did not deduct it from my bank account, i personally took my time and emailed Vukulu and notified him, and he investigated the matter and responded to me.
