Excellent service from Juan Kruger

<p>I just want to commend Juan Kruger (Assessing Team Manager: Pretoria Region) for a job well done. With a lot of problems that popped up at the panelbeaters and me being a difficult customer to manage when it gets to quality, he always put my best interest at hart. He was always descent and couteous while dealing with me and the issues that arised and communicated my wishes through to the relevant parties. In a world where true service is dwindeling it is refreshing to find that someone will do their utmost to help you and your needs. I would really like to see that his supervisors take note of his attention to customer service.</p> <p>The only reason why this is not 5 stars is because of the choice of panelbeaters with their complete lack of attention to detail (the panelbeaters that is). I will have to live with all the blemishes and fish eyes still evident on my car, but I just don't have the energy or time to take my vehicle back to them again.</p> <p>Again - Juan Kruger: Job well done!!!</p>
