Excellent Service - EASYWAY CENTRE CENTURY CITY

<p>I would like to send my great appreciation to the Team at EasyWay Century City, especially Mr Quinton Burden who assisted me without hesitation. I had to deal with this team due to an accident damage claim and their assistance was excellent. I however was not very happy with the work done and brought my car back to their Assessment Centre - Mr Burden was so helpful and I was very impressed when I was welcomed with the same energy that I got the first time around. I was made to feel comfortable and was advised on the complain procedure, was assisted with great pleasure by Jaco (assessor) within 24 hours. Jaco thank you for your continuous excellent service throughout. Thank you to the Claims Team especially Divaan that arranged that whilst my complains were adhered to, I get free rental car usage with the fuel levy waived by them and wow this was just the best service EVER!! so much for this. I also received more than I actually came for, as my car was in a better condition than before the accident!! With this teams excellent attitude and that of Blikkies and Team at Automagic, I now have regained my trust in service provision! And Value for Money! Thank you again EASYWAY CENTRE CENTURY CITY!! GREAT TEAM!!</p>
