I was involved in an accident and was assisted by Prishina. She was absolutely amazing, a breath of fresh air. Before dealing with the claim she took the time to establish if I'm okay. She then explained the whole process in a very simple manner, thus ensuring that I understood everything. She also gave me her direct number to contact her in the event I needed clarity on anything. She followed up the following week, and facilitated the entire repair process so efficiently.
