Excellent service

I had a chipped windscreen and took it in for repairs at PG Glass, later realized that i have insurance and gave Budget Insurance a call. i was put through to Mr Herbert Baloyi, who informed that i could claim for a chipped windscreen. By the time i found this out the windscreen was already fixed and when I told Mr Baloyi he said although they do not work with PG Glass he would assist me with the claim. He advised me to forward him the invoice via e-mail and that the money i used to repair the chipped windscreen would be credited to my account. <br> <br> i received immediate feedback from Mr Baloyi that the payment had been authorized and that it would reflect in my account within 2-3 working days. <br> <br> Thank you very much Herbert, I really appreciate your patience and excellent service. keep it up! 100/100!!!
