EXCELLENT SERVICE
Mr Mikael Lichaba is a vry humble person.He phoned me in order to check whether i still remember my appointment.He then explained procedures to be followed and his work as assessor and he even explain to me what will happen after and those who will phone me when my claim is taken further.Heis a very Generousperson.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
