Excellent Service

Our car was in an accident and was for more than a month at the panel beaters for repairs. On the date of collection we just found out that the repairs has been cancelled and no repairs was done to the car because the car was written off. Nobody informed us about that. Our insurance includes rent-a-car and we have to give back the car on the date that we were supposed to pick up our repaired car from the panel beaters. If we returned the rent-a-car we have no transport. We phoned Telesure and asked for extension to rent the car. How are we supposed to get a car within a day? A Lady answered and told us there is nothing she can do about it. and we have to give the car back. Eldred phoned us back after he heard the conversation. My husband told him our dilemma and he went to his manager and spoke to him about us. He phoned us back and told us that we can rent the car for another 5 days to sort out our own car. Without him going the extra mile we don't know what we would do. Thank you so much!!! It is employees like this that make a company.
