EXCELLENT AND SEAMLESS EXCESS CLAIM PROCESS

I would like thank First For Women/Telesure Group Services for providing me with such a seamless and efficient customer service when I was recovering my excess from their Recoveries department. The consultant that was appointed to handle my case was highly proffessional, constantly maintained rapport and promptly processed my claim within a short space of time. The accident was very traumatising and stressful but fortunately my unborn baby was not harmed so naturally I expected the worst when pursuing my claim.
