Enid Mapson - APPALLING SERVICE ********** 728

We have never dealt with such an *********** person in all the years of doing business!!! She seems not to know how to do her job , we always get assistance from other consultants. She never listens , never adheres to promise of calling us back. She doesn't respond to email , AT ALL. She doesn't ever want to put us through to her manager . Can we get Vegash Ganar to call us back . We spoke to Gugu she assisted us regarding our query she called us back with feedback - GREAT SERVICE FROM HER !! She advised Enid needs to assist us with our matter further. After reading the email and quote we called Enid, she cannot assist us with our query we must call back and ask for a Manager. This back and forth has been going on for a Month. Her service is appalling , its really scary.
