Efficiently handling my claim
Taslima handled my claim and confirmed that by latest I will get feedback by the 26 Feb 2015. She just called now and informed me that my claim has been processed. 2 days ahead of time! All documents and SMS received within 2 minutes of completing my call!! That is service for you!! Thank you Taslima.
