Efficient service from TASLEEM BESTER
I would like to commend TASLEEM BESTER for the efficient manner in which he dealt with my claim. From the start he was efficient courteous professional and sincere in his compassion for the traumatic experience I have just experienced (victim of smash and grab incident). After my initial call he afterwards communicated with me regarding outstanding documents and also enquired about whether I have attained the necessary service from the outsourced service providers. He was competent and efficient.
