Efficient Service!

I was recently in an accident, after which I phoned my insurance company, Woolworths Insurance. I believe they are administered through Telesure Group Services. I spoke to Jonathan when I called this first time, and so far everything related to my claim has gone smoothly. I appreciate the efficient service and that everything was arranged painlessly, without me having to follow up all the time. He also phoned me back when he said he would, which I found very professional. I also spoke to another lady today, as Johnathan was not available, and she was also most helpful - unfortunately I didn't get her name. Many thanks!
