*************, *****ed Group of Insurance Companies

I had commercial insurance on my vehicle with this company and had an accident and submitted a claim. They rejected my claim and took 3 months to do so. They then prematurely accused me of ***** with no solid evidence. I was shocked by this and then appealed to their internal dispute department. The personnel in charge then told me they will review my case and get back to me within 10 working days and promised to do a transparent, fair and prompt review of my case. The manager then only got back after almost 2 months (but promised 10 working days!) and rejected my claim without even contacting me to hear my version of events. How does one conduct a fair review without listening to both parties version of events. This company is a a *****ulent, *****ed and ************* company that people should be warned about to never sign with them!
