Dont join any Insurerance Managed by Telesure eg, First for women, Budget, One Direct

<p>I bumped my car and my car was insured with First For Women, Instead of Fixing my car, My excess was increased form R4000 to R15000 as if that was not enough they ripped the whole front part of my vehicle because they work together with the panel beaters, when i Insisted that they should fix my vehicle disappeared at their panel beaters i told them to replace the car, they still refuse I was told that according to Telesure policy if a vehicle disappear during a claim or at the panel beatters they are not held responsible for any loss or damages so they wont replace my vehicle that was lost at their care, they arranged the towing but they are not held responsible and the insurance doesnt pay if you claim. My advice before you take an insurance please ask them if they are Managed by Telesure if they say yes hang up or you will regret like me. I am paying for car i dont have due to First for Women... all the insurances you find under HIPPO, they are all Managed by Telesure.</p>
