Don't care attitude

I was for 18 months in contact with multiple resolutions consultants and senior management regarding a Budget Insurance claim. Two years since claim was reported to Budget Insurance and still no settlement with only feedback claim still in progress. Two independent Resolutions experts give within 30 days fair reports regarding the claim. Therefore I was left with no other choice to go legal with this matter. Disappointed service from Budget Insurance and Telesure Holdings as they handles the groups complaints.
