Don't bother to insure with Telesure

I have received absolutely revolting service from Telesure Group Services on all fronts.

Not only have they not provided a time frame for my vehicle repair (which has taken over a month for what I have been constantly assured by the panelbeater is a 'small repair job'), but they also informed me that they would not be able to claim my excess from the third party because he "may not be able to afford it". What do I pay insurance for? They have a recoveries department and it is their job to recover the excess. I provided them with the details of a witness, photographic evidence, and all the information they need to complete a proper investigation. When I asked for a report of exactly what had been done and what follow-ups had been made they went, and remain, dead silent. Clear evidence that they have not conducted a proper investigation - if at all.

I will be terminating my relationship with them, and suggest you do the same for the sake of your pocket and your time.
