dishonest business polocies

not great experience. along with 1st for women. I am super disappointed being with these guys for years, not once have i missed my installment but I cannot get simple help. an amount to fix my car was approved, however 21 days the payment is still not made and my car has still not been returned to me. inconvenience at its best. all i get are promises, everyday is the same answer. can someone do their job.
