Disgraceful, dishonest and utter disregard for clients

If Bhavika in recoveries answers your call, please drop immediately as she will lie to you or not bother to check properly and just give you generic, treat you as another useless number, type response. If Samatha is the person assigned to your claim and recovery, just know you will not receive any feedback unless you initiate it yourself. She will claim to have sent correspondence but that's a lie too...she thinks people are oblivious fools. My insured event occured on 23/12/2019 (3 months of dealing with *********** ***** and *****s) and since then i have sufferd at the hands of Budget insurance who has not been bothered since they handed me over to telesure a week after the insured event. This telesure then gave my vehicle to useles Proline Autobody(without consultation or consent of course) who took a over a calendar month and FOUR attempts at TWO DIFFERENT branches(my vehicle was literally returned and taken back four times) for my vehicle to be in good order. Even the alleged Director of Proline some Robbie person was involved...useless Director, hence directionless staff... A new 2019 model vehicle with only minor bumper damages mind you! Renato from telesure who was assisting me with the back and forth also left me hanging and fending for myself by the 4th time where i had to deal with another Robbie Manager of operations that could not manage a simple operation...to date i have heard nothing from him(Renato).. i just want my excess back and i am definitely not going to associate myself with BUDGET, TELESURE or any of their partners in organised crime and lies!!
