Disaster Experience

My experience with them is a disaster not even close to the disaster that the country suffered due to covid 19 because I asked for the balance amount that I owe them from March up to date I haven't received anything except reminding that every month is my first installment I'm confused because I started to pay them last year December but every month I receive a reminder that your first installment is due please to the Manager may please intervene s I start to feel like your company is a **** like all the **** that stuck poor peoples money for no reason all I'm asking for is a statement isn't too much to ask
