Disappointing and ********* service (LGLTP POLN: ***)

My family and I were involved in motorcar accident on 21 June 2020. The person responsible for the accident is insured with 1st for Women so naturally Telesure would handle the claim. On 27 July 2020 (over 1 month later), Kagiso from Telesure (Third Party Administrator) sends me an email for documents that I need to submit so that my claim can be processed. I submitted all relevant documents on 30 July 2020. Didn't hear anything from him for more than a week. I called the call centre on 08 July 2020 to which I am told he is in a meeting for the whole afternoon. He sends me an email that afternoon around 5pm and says my claim is in its finalizing stage and he is just awaiting authorization. Since then I hear nothing further from him. I call last Thursday and speak to a Magatso who tells me the case has been sent to management for investigation. She will call me by the afternoon and give me feedback, which obviously doesn't happen. Today around 10:45 I get a call from another Kagiso in the Legal department enquiring about the accident and tells me that I am more liable for the accident than his client, yet it is his "drunken" client that went through a red traffic light, hitting our car at such an impact that we went over the barrier and landed on the oncoming traffic lane, and almost killed an entire family. How do you make such a statement when you have all the facts, witness statements and police reports? Clearly he should not be in the legal department if he can't do simple things like check the system and see that there was documents sent in, conversations that took place with consultants at your company. What really cheesed me off is that while I was speaking, he simply rudely ends the call. Its almost 2 months without my car and this company is really frustrating me with stories that is not of any concern to me. Do whatever investigations you need to do after with your client, it was his fault for jumping a red traffic light while under the influence, its not my problem. Now after much deliberation I receive an email indicating that they are willing to pay a mere R6k, when the damages estimated is well over R30k. I want my vehicle fixed immediately!
