I would like to know why my "new" geyser (replaced in late 2015 and still has a 7 year guarantee) is so "old technology" that it cannot handle new taps. I paid a hefty excess to get outdated technology and have had to since run out and putchase a new geyser because 100kPa is too low pressure to handle the modern appliances of today. It should be anticipated that people will renovate and upgrade as we move with the timea?!

I feel you/ your plumbers were negligent by not explaining this to me and I feel like they fobbed off obsolete stock and this has cost me dearly. Surely you are supposed to replace items with the modern day equivalent and not hold people back to practically redundant items especially since there was NO price difference applicable.

After 3 calls to try to chat to someone senior, and this ignored email, I have to say I am quite disappointed in the lack of feedback.
