Dial Direct refuses to settle claim because of deregistration certificate.

Despite being informed that the licencing department in my area is on strike and that 4 different licencing departments have been unable to assist, dial direct refused to take the registration certification for my motor bike claim and insists that I wait for the strike to end so I can obtain the deregistration certificate. Mind you, this strike has been ongoing for over a month now.

It should also be noted that Dial Direct would be able to get the deregistration certificate themselves.
