Dial Direct provides excellent service

<p>I would like to thank Dial Direct for the excellent customer service that my daughter and I received on the 5th of October after my daughter was in a car accident . From the time I called your call center, your customer care executive was extremely attentive and she listened to me with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that my daughter was not hurt and did not need an ambulance.</p> <p>I then called the next day to report the accident , Luke also was very efficient and helpful and I also received all the information and gave the information regarding the accident.</p> <p>I then received a call from Jetro who was investigating the accident. Jetro had a caring approach and was very sympathetic and asked the questions he needed to in a very professional manner without offending us. When chatting to him on the phone and at our home at no stage did he make us feel uncomfortable . He listened and also gave us advice. We definitely need more people like Jetro on your team.</p> <p><br />I cannot thank Dial Direct and all the staff members that I had encountered during this difficult and stressful time for the manner in which my claim was handled.</p> <p>This was not my first claim to be made with Dial Direct . I had dealt with Neels as well and I only have compliments about this gentlemen as well. These two investigators are gems to your company.
