I recently had a claim dispute with my short term insurance company and was revered to the Telesure group's Dispute Resolution Department. I had the fortune of being assigned Shameera Nizam as my dispute consultant. She was knowledgeable, helpful, quick and above all always friendly and her response time on questions was immediate. She made this entire un-pleasant experience worth wile. I wish we had more consultants with her attitude and eagerness, it will make the world a better place.
