I have a very long insurance/claim/towing/*******/disappointment story, that is to much to share. This compliment is not only about getting thing sorted out, it is the attitude and helpfulness that makes things so much better.<br> I was on the verge of cancelling my insurance due to me being angry and disappointed. This was only until my case was sent to Hendrik, that things started improving. I got daily feedbacks, response when I had questions, and always in a friendly manner. Hendrik, Telesure is lucky to have such a helpful person with a great attitude, giving constant feedback. This is the kind of thing that people are looking for when purchasing a product is the assurance of customer care.
