Be careful of the telephonically agreements of loss I had a claim with auto and general which was settle by Telesure and they valued my car on the market value was I was insured for retail value, I made this known to on Friday and it’s Tuesday now and they still have not gotten back to me with an explanation or rectification of the situation at hand.
