Consumer Credit Report Enquiry

I have requested my credit report today, and I have find out that Telesure Group Services have made an enquiry for my credit report. I really need an answer of why they were making such an enquiry because i have never done a credit application with anybody in the last 3 years and i have never authorize anyone to do such a thing .

This is indicating potential ***** or identity theft was taking place.

I need answers please!
