Click Bate Unity aka Budget AKA Auto and General insurance

I have a policy with Unity , the tyre and Rim insurance, i called to add my wives car and they cant find my policy anywhere , so i opted to take out a new policy , i called the unity number then they transfer me to Budget insurance they quote me more than the amount on the website , Today i called unity again we did the online quote and everything but didn't receive confirmation of email address link ,as we were quoted on the online tool R65 for R2000 cover , again i am transferred to Budget insurance who quotes me R90 this time , a few days ago this was R80 now R90 , so what happened to The R65 as per your quote and website or is this just click bate ?
