Carel went the extra mile.

We had a claim with Auto General and the was a delay of 3 weeks before the valuator report was given to us. There was still a delay when we had to chose our option and the consultant that was dealing with it went on leave. Carel Nortje then started dealing with the claim. He was a total star and very helpful. He gave me all the information that was needed, ensured that the documentataion was collected when promised and above all, he delivered on his promise. Within the promised 3 - 5 days the money was paid into my account. A very big complment to someone who obviously loves his job and is a huge asset to his company.
