Bad service from Telesure investment holdings and Auto and general

I'm insured under auto and general and I believe Telesure sure investment is their 3rd party department.I was involved in a car accident end of June and my car is fixed but the other car is not fixed. We did fill in the Natis check and there's nor information there according to them but via the police circulation report of which I did it shows the owner information in full.i was talking to Netshedzo Nematshem via email
