Bad Service and Unprofessionalism

Im very Devastated with Telesure third party consultants and them working from home seems to be very unprofessional including their Manager Simone Naidoo Who seems to ignore people or calls.

I have sent a claim on behalf of my father Mr Silwana and we only received feedback after a Month, Firstly i was told that my consultant is Busisiwe Ngwenya i only spoke to her once when she sent me the claims documents and then now my matter is with Enid whom tried her best to assist but the offer I'm given is 10K whereas when I took the car for assessment to 2 well-known panel beaters the damages were over 40k so i don't know where they want me to take the car to. I have come to a decision where i don't want money but i want my car fixed.
