Bad service

My car was involved in an accident and the towing company came to help me everything went well un until I went to fetch my sound system from their towing yard and I didn't get it, the pictures submitted when the car was towed shows that there was a sound system and an extra battery for the sound but it wasn't there when I arrived and I've been following up since October 2025 and no one can help me
