Awesome Service

My Fiance lost her ring while she was busy cleaning and told me about it. She was in a very bad state as she knows the value of the ring and apologised profusely. I calmed her down and called Dial Direct to put in a claim. I dealt with an awesome guy by the name of Eldred Malyon and honestly its some of the best service Ive ever gotten. This was my first claim from insurance and always heard the horror stories about delayed payments and lots of people not being payed out and even though mine was slightly delayed (due to unforeseen circumstances from both sides) Eldred kept in contact and made excellent effort in getting my claim processed.
