THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH SASHA NAIDOO!!! This lady is the reason why I dont mind paying extra for insurance premiums every month. The level of excellence that Ms Naidoo purported during my claim for an accident to my vehicle was out of this world!<br> <br> She turned an unpleasant situation into a delightful experience. From taking it upon herself to arrange a towtruck to arranging the rental vehicle all in 2 hours. I only made 1 phone call to Dial Direct, Ms Naidoo answered, and as they say the rest was history.....realistically!!!! To say best, she even sorted out an oustanding claim for a burst geyser a few months ago that was still unresolved. Thats also sorted now!!!! <br> <br> What can I say? My God, this woman is really a wonder, awesome......a 1 stop Telesure Group shop! Keep up the good...sorry...excellent work! Sasha, if they dont give you a performance bonus let me know!
