Avoid telesure investment holdings companies

Auto&General + Telesure Investment Holdings.

As their customer I was battered in less than 9 days of launching my claim and had to sell my car to the towing company because they declined to pay for towing. DAYALAN NAICKER from T.I.H Rejected my claim because I had no money for tow bill, did not give me my 14 days grace period to submit and I have emails to prove this, CHARLENE PHIRI from T.I.H refused to assist with towing therefore stated it’s none of her business of my vehicle gets sold by towers.

I warn anyone who thinks telesure companies will help you in times of need, I promise you this, always have back up money because o suffered under their watch. Claim number:***

In my bank statement, nedbank deducts but I am covered with auto&general as my 3rd party and was not informed of this of which I would’ve declined from the start

I tried a refund of all my premiums but obviously they refused entirely. Be warned people , be warned.
